Policies
Appointments are required for all non-emergency office visits. If you have an emergency, let our receptionist know about your problem as soon as possible. We can usually see you the same working day. We know that your time is as valuable as ours — and we make every effort to honor all time commitments. Please extend us the same courtesy and notify us at least one working day (24 hours) in advance if you are unable to keep your appointment.
Fees and Insurance: Just as we are committed to providing you with quality dental care, we are concerned with keeping your costs reasonable. One way we accomplish this is by eliminating costly billing procedures and requesting payment of fees under $100.00 at the time of your visit. For your convenience, we accept MasterCard, VISA, American Express and Discover.
Dental Insurance: Many companies in our area provide dental insurance for their employees. If you are covered by dental insurance, payment will be easy for you. We will file your claim and, in most cases, accept assignment of payment. You will only need to pay your deductible and the co-payment required by your policy. Please remember, however, that the final responsibility for payment, regardless of insurance coverage, is yours.
In Case of an Emergency: A vital part of our service to you is being available for your emergency needs. Should you have an emergency after hours, on weekends or holidays, call our main number (940) 723-0435. Our answering service will reach Dr. Jarosz or Dr. Finley, who will return your call promptly.
Your Kind Referrals
